CA. Full charge Sr. Project Manager handling the account of Lewis Operating
Corporation (LOC) Multi-family division portfolio consisting of four
(4) large luxury apartment homes projects between Northern & Southern
California. Responsible to meet the scheduling and budget objectives
including: adherence to baseline schedules, conceptual & final cost
estimating, budgets, production reporting, contract negotiations, staffing
of all field support team, heavy owner liaison insuring that all obligations
& commitments are being met, monthly draw review and approvals. All
four of these projects were cost-plus / design-build contracts.

PROJECT MANAGER / CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT – R.D. OLSON CO., Irvine,
CA. Full charge PM responsibilities including: design/build, entitlements,
permitting, conceptual & final cost estimating, contract negotiations,
project close out up through Grand Opening with heavy owner liaison
on ground up and renovations on large scale Hotels, Hospitality and
Restaurant projects.
1994-99
PROJECT MANAGER / CONSTRUCTION - TERRA MESA CORP., Las Vegas, NV. Managed
the Design-Build teams for of 6 commercial buildings up to 84,000 SF,
2 large 340,000 SF manufacturing buildings, 3 hotels and 8 retail building.
Design/build of mixed-use condo/retail. Entitlements, permitting, scheduling,
budgeting and contract administration. Projects ranged from $6.5 million
to over $28.8 million each.
1991-94
EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT - D/S FUELING SYSTEMS, Paramount, CA. Effectively
managed fueling and environmental projects (Hydrocarbon contaminated
soil, Asbestos & Haz-mat) from bid stages, sub-contractor selection,
construction through punch list. Built over 35 fueling stations & convenience
centers (Texaco, Shell, Mobil) with adjoining retail and strip malls
throughout the Southern California area. Contracted in all areas of
Public and Private works. Average project size from $400K to $8.7M.
1985-91
MULTI-FAMILY & SFR PROJECT MANAGER - HUGHES DEVELOPMENT CORP., Glendora,
CA. Directed and managed commercial & residential on-site and off-site
construction operations on subdivisions, tracts, infrastructure, grading
& excavating operations. Built over 700+ homes and one seventy-two unit
apartment complex all in the High Desert areas of Lancaster and Palmdale.
Prepared cost budgets, schedules, monitored and inspected all construction
activities. Annual construction budget in excess of $18.5 million dollars.
1984-85
PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT - CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY BUILDERS, Santa Monica,
CA. Managed the daily on-site activities. Built out 3 subdivisions (118
houses), 8 concrete tilt-up buildings and one 120,000 S.F. mid-rise
steel frame office building from ground through finals.
1982-84
CIVIL PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT - LaJet ENERGY CORP. Abilene, TX. On-site
civil superintendent of field operations on industrial power plant located
in Warner Springs, San Diego County, CA. This 2 year project was completed
within $18.4 million dollar budget and fast track time frame.
