Shea Timothy Kirshner

Mr. Kirshner has been serving and building long term relationships for 24 years in the Real Estate Industry. Through his past and present business, as well as life’s experiences, together with his partner Donald Schmidt, he found the Wisdom, Knowledge, Leadership, Character, Strength and the Truths for the Vision and New Creation of KIRSHNER & SCHMIDT, INC.

Mr. Kirshner’s clients include DEVELOPERS of Hotels, Apartments, Senior/Assisted Living Care Facilities, Retail Centers, Industrial (distribution & manufacturing) Medical, and Office properties. He also works extensively with Private Corporations (Build to Suits), Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Commercial Brokers.

Mr. Kirshner has been a member of BIA-Building Industry Association, NAIOP-National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, ICSC-International Council for Shopping Centers, BOMA-Building Owners and Managers Association, ULI-Urban Land Institute, CACM-California Association of Community Managers, CAI-California Association Institute and has worked with members of SIOR-Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.

Mr. Kirshner is a graduate of The University of Southern California, USC, from the school of business administration, emphasis in Real Estate and Finance. A member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, SAE. He is also a member of Saddleback Church, in Lake Forest, a ministry leader at Main Place Christian Fellowship, Tustin and panelist for the P.A.C.T. program in Santa Ana.
